Physical Therapist - PT

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to improve physical function. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and possess a current, valid state PT license. A current CPR certification is also preferred for this role.
