Key Responsibilities
The physician will manage a panel of up to 450 senior patients, providing comprehensive, value-based primary care and leading a dedicated care team. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions while coordinating care across the continuum.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics and possess or be able to obtain a Georgia medical license. Board eligibility in a relevant specialty, a current DEA number, and the ability to travel for training are required.
