Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism while providing caring support and guidance to families. Monitor client progress and provide direct supervision and training to behavioral technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requires a Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field. Candidates must hold a current BCBA license or be eligible to sit for the exam within three months.
