Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient function. They are also responsible for documenting care, educating families, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active state license. Additional requirements include CPR/BLS certification and the ability to obtain necessary background clearances.
