Key Responsibilities

The APRN will assist physicians in the care and teaching of oncology patients, including conducting physical exams, writing prescriptions, and managing clinical trial eligibility. They are also responsible for documenting patient progress, participating in multi-disciplinary rounds, and providing on-call coverage.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and possess a valid state license. A minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology is required, along with current BLS and ANCC or ONS certifications.
