Fisher House Clinical Counselor

Key Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face, short-term, solution-focused non-medical counseling to wounded service members and their families at the Bethesda Fisher House. Conduct proactive outreach, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Requires a master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in psychology, along with a valid, unrestricted clinical license. Candidates must have at least two years of post-master's supervised clinical experience and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
