The Principal Investigator is responsible for conducting clinical trials in accordance with protocols, GCP, and federal regulations while ensuring participant safety. They oversee the design, conduct, and reporting of research projects, including managing personnel and financial aspects.
Candidates must possess a valid M.D. or D.O. degree and be board certified or eligible, with an active or obtainable DEA license. Required experience includes 1-3 years conducting clinical research trials as a PI or Sub-investigator.
