Schedule

Other duties as required or assigned. Education and Licensure Requirements: Current NYS Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry license and active NYS registration required (PNP/PMHNP/PMHNP-BC). Collaborative practice agreement completion (>3600 hours). DEA registration or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire with prescriptive authority (including Buprenorphine).
