Collaborative practice agreement completion (>3600 hours). DEA registration or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire with prescriptive authority (including Buprenorphine).

Key Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for clients within an intensive mobile treatment team. They coordinate care across various community settings and provide clinical guidance to the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current NYS Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry license with active registration and a completed collaborative practice agreement. Experience in mobile treatment, homeless outreach, or crisis services is preferred, along with the ability to obtain DEA registration.
