Job description

This role is for one of our clients
Compensation: $270 per hour
We're hiring experienced U. S. Dermatologists on behalf of a leading global partner focused on advancing safe, evidence-based healthcare through innovative technology. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to a range of image-based projects that help develop and evaluate advanced AI models for dermatology.
This is a non-clinical position — there is no direct patient care. Your work will help ensure model-generated medical outputs align with real-world clinical reasoning and dermatological standards of care.
Responsibilities
Work will vary by project and may include:
Reviewing high-resolution clinical images of skin lesions and identifying dermatological conditions.
Describing images with key medical attributes, including lesion color, shape, morphology, and distribution.
Assessing skin health, severity, or progression from images, and evaluating how well AI-generated assessments hold up clinically.
Writing clear guidelines and criteria that define what a high-quality dermatological assessment of an image looks like.
Providing clinical insight to improve model understanding and classification of dermatological presentations.
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to medical and project standards..
Requirements

  • Medical degree (M. D.) with an active, unrestricted U. S. medical license.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-residency clinical dermatology experience (practicing or previously practiced).
  • Strong ability to identify and describe dermatological conditions using precise medical terminology.
  • Prior experience with image annotation or medical education preferred.
  • English fluency required.
  • Shape the future of AI in dermatology and clinical image interpretation.
  • Engage in impactful, non-clinical work that supports global medical innovation.
  • Contribute to safe, accurate, and human-centered AI development.
