BreakThrough is redefining PT — highly-specialized physical therapists, industry-leading continuing education, and one of the highest concentrations of board-certified clinicians in the area.
At Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high-quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. We support clinicians with innovative tools, strong mentorship, and clear development pathways.
Join a team with real clinical depth. Our Wake Forest clinic includes board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialists and clinicians certified in dry needling and post-concussion care. You'll treat a broad outpatient orthopedic caseload, including sports injuries, spine care, shoulder and knee rehab, manual therapy, and vestibular care, with tools like blood flow restriction training available.
Real growth, whatever stage you're at. Mentorship is built into the job, with structured, hands-on support and continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM), including board certification support. Experienced clinicians find autonomy, a team that values what they bring, and room to mentor others.
Live where you work in Wake Forest. Enjoy a historic downtown with a growing arts and entertainment scene, Falls Lake and a growing greenway network close by, and Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and RDU within easy reach. Wake Forest ranked #25 on Fortune WELL's 2024 list of best places to live for families and #6 on Consumer Affairs' 2025 list of best places to move in North Carolina.
