Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight of behavioral health and prevention programs, including quality, compliance, outcomes, staffing, and service delivery aligned with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to agency directors, managers, and clinical staff members, ensuring a positive employee cycle for recruitment, engagement, training, performance feedback, and retention.
- Establish strong internal relationships across all departments to support program directors in optimizing behavioral health and prevention operations and service delivery.
- Support financial performance management to ensure optimal and balanced resource allocation, maximized revenue cycle management, grant and contract financial outcomes, and high-quality standards of care.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in behavioral health with minimum five (5) years of management experience in adolescent behavioral health programming. Active Florida license in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy required, Qualified Supervisor preferred.
