Key Responsibilities
The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) will assist in the overall operation of the Social Services Department adhering to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. This role involves helping each resident and their family adjust to placement, illness, and the care plan to ensure residents achieve the highest practicable level of functioning.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field along with 2-3 years of relevant field experience in social services. Essential abilities include developing care plans with the interdisciplinary team and effectively working with elderly individuals who are physically, mentally, disabled, or emotionally upset.
