Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 3 years of related field work experience in social services.

• Ability to develop and maintain a care plan with the facility's interdisciplinary team.

• Ability to work with physically and mentally ill, disabled, and emotionally upset elderly individuals.
