Requirements

• Current and active State of FL Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License that includes prescriptive privileges certified by the AANP or the ANCC.

• Master’s degree or greater. Graduate from an ANA accredited School of Nursing. Graduate of Nurse Practitioner program with MS degree.

• Maintain current Certifications by AHA in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life support (ACLS) is required.

• DEA required within 6 months of employment.
