Key Responsibilities

The Medical Director will oversee the Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine Service, providing clinical consultations and chairing transfusion-related committees. Additionally, the role involves medical oversight of rural hospital laboratories and participation in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Requirements

Candidates must be board-certified or eligible Pathologists or Hematologists who have completed an accredited graduate medical training program. Applicants must also possess or be able to obtain a medical license in the multi-state region with no restrictions.
