Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner provides professional clinical services, including urgent and chronic care, within a Community Based Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities include diagnosing health problems, prescribing treatments, performing physical exams, and coordinating care with the Patient Aligned Care Team.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a master's degree in nursing and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Health or Family Practice. A minimum of one year of clinical experience as an APRN and an unrestricted New York state license are required.
