Key Responsibilities

Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders and plan individualized treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care and deliver one-on-one treatment sessions to senior residents.

Requirements

Requires a degree in physical therapy and a current physical therapy license in the state of practice. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills along with computer proficiency.
