Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence, pelvic pain, and prolapse
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pelvic floor rehabilitation techniques
• Perform internal and external manual therapy, biofeedback, and therapeutic exercises
• Educate patients on bladder/bowel health, postural mechanics, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida
• Specialized training or certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation (PRPC, WCS, or equivalent preferred)
• Experience treating pelvic floor disorders, pre/postnatal conditions, and chronic pelvic pain
• Strong knowledge of pelvic anatomy, biofeedback, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
