Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring the clinical accuracy of patient prescriptions and verifying both hard copy and digital prescriptions. They manage medication profiles and communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians in a call center environment.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) and possess an active state license. Experience in pharmacist verification and familiarity with OutcomesMTM or Mirixa is preferred.
