About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive medical services. This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current DEA and CDS
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish speaking.
• Background in Urology.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations to evaluate patient health status.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in Urology.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and medication adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and safe patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and clinical interventions.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
