Key Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient conditions to establish and evaluate individualized plans of care. Provide physical therapy interventions and oversee the activities of physical therapy assistants and support personnel.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a Florida Physical Therapy license. Candidates must also hold a BLS Provider certification.
