Job description
Join Brown Medicine as a RN Case Manager – $80K-$160K in Los Angeles, California, United States. Promotes the development of high quality patient care in the most effective setting, balancing patient/hospital advocacy. Knowledgeable of third party payor issues.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinates patient care across the continuum by mobilizing resources and facilitating safe, timely discharges. Monitors resource utilization and maintains clinical documentation in accordance with federal, state, and payor guidelines.
Requirements
Requires a Bachelor of Nursing degree and a current Massachusetts RN license. Candidates should have three to five years of acute care nursing experience or relevant experience in utilization review and discharge planning.
