Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Supervisor and Therapist provides evidence-based clinical treatment to adult clients while managing a caseload and delivering supervision to pre-licensed clinicians. They are responsible for maintaining clinical quality, ensuring accurate documentation, and fostering a supportive, identity-affirming environment for both clients and staff.
Requirements
