Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Use Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides individual psychotherapy, comprehensive clinical assessments, and individualized treatment planning for adults with mental health and substance use concerns. They also manage crisis interventions, coordinate care with community providers, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline and possess a current, full Wisconsin LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills are required to manage an independent outpatient caseload.
