Michigan Position Summary: As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Job Description:
We are seeking a warm, patient, and tech-savvy Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional care through teletherapy. You will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, delivering individualized treatment plans that empower clients and their families. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in sessions to reinforce skills and home exercises.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services via teletherapy platforms (Microsoft Teams).
- Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans.
- Guide clients and families through technical challenges and encourage caregiver involvement.
- Collaborate with physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a patient-first mentality with reasonable caseloads and a focus on outcomes.
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week, with availability between 3:00–8:00pm local time, EST.
Qualifications
- Master’s, doctoral, or other recognized post-baccalaureate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited institution.
- CCC-SLP certification.
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in at least one state; multi-state licensure preferred.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Preferred Experience
- Licensed or willing to obtain licenses in MI.
- Background in outpatient pediatric therapy and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
