The specialist will manage patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, cash collection, and desk activities while ensuring an outstanding patient experience through compassionate customer service. Essential duties also include maintaining accurate confidential patient information, assisting with billing functions, and monitoring inventory of medications and emergency equipment.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with demonstrated computer experience and customer relations experience. Experience with Medical Records Software and front desk practice is preferred for this role.
