Join Altarum as a Behavioral Health Training Specialist – Remote in Remote. We’re excited to share an upcoming opportunity pending a contract award and are connecting with qualified candidates in advance. This position offers remote work flexibility. Work with Altarum in Remote.
The specialist will independently deliver training and technical assistance to clinical and non-clinical staff regarding disability benefits access and behavioral health programs. They will also develop training curricula, provide coaching to agencies, and maintain stakeholder relationships to ensure person-centered practice.
Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience in behavioral health or social services and a working knowledge of SSI/SSDI disability benefit processes. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to create clear training materials using adult learning principles are required.
