RN Nurse Educator

Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Educator is responsible for developing and implementing clinical education plans, leading new hire orientation, and ensuring staff compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role also provides clinical leadership, facilitates ongoing training programs, and may serve as the facility's infection preventionist.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of registered nurse experience, including two years in behavioral health. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required, while a Master's degree and relevant clinical certifications are preferred.
