The Triage Nurse provides telephone and electronic clinical triage support while coordinating care for individuals with serious mental illness. They also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop medical training for peer support staff.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in an NLC state and possess at least 3 years of Emergency Room experience. A degree in nursing (BSN or ASN) is required, along with experience working with behavioral health or substance use disorder populations.
