Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides therapeutic interventions and implements treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist. They are also responsible for observing patient progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients and families on home care strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program and possess a current, valid state PTA license or certification. A current CPR certification is also preferred for this role.
