Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy. They also observe patient progress, maintain clinical documentation, and educate patients and families on home care strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program and possess a current, valid state PTA licensure or certification. A current CPR certification is also preferred for this role.
