Key Responsibilities
The Respiratory Therapist will manage mechanical ventilation, perform airway maintenance, and conduct pulmonary assessments for critically ill patients. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate ventilator weaning and provide compassionate respiratory care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC and possess current state licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required by the start date, and ACLS certification is also mandatory.
