Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Dentist will provide clinical oversight and comprehensive dental services while supervising and mentoring student dental hygienists. They are also responsible for delivering didactic and lab instruction and ensuring compliance with state board regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree and possess an active, unrestricted dental license in New Mexico. A minimum of three years of clinical dental experience is preferred, along with prior experience in a teaching or supervisory role.
