Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will primarily focus on treatment planning and implementation, which includes conducting individual psychotherapy, prescribing medications, and monitoring patient response to treatment, accounting for 75% of responsibilities. They are also responsible for compliance, documentation, and initial patient assessment and diagnosis.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner and hold a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in both New York and Florida. Experience with addiction, mental health, adults with severe mental illness, and patients across the lifespan (13+) is required.
