Key Responsibilities
The Director of District Operations will lead clinical teams across multiple clinics to ensure operational excellence and high-quality patient care. They are also responsible for recruiting, coaching staff, and providing direct patient care to model best practices.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an APTA and CAPTE approved physical therapy program and possess at least 5 years of progressive therapy practice experience, including 5 years in a management role. A valid state license and American Heart Association BLS certification are also required.
