Job Description
Community Hospital is a full-service, acute-care hospital, licensed for 60 beds.
We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Western Colorado, which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake City.

The Community Hospital Hospitalist group is looking to add another Internal Medicine Physician to the practice to further support the consistent growth and demand the inpatient services at the hospital continue to experience.
This Position Includes
- The group currently consists of seven high-character, hardworking, experienced Internal Medicine Board Certified Hospitalists and two Advanced Practice Providers that are fully supportive of the hospital and its expansion efforts.

Guaranteed Base Salary of $286,035 plus up to $32,000 annually in quality-based incentives.

The Hospitalist group is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to support the consistent growth and demand of inpatient services at the 60-bed acute-care hospital. Responsibilities involve working within a supportive group structure that includes seven experienced Board Certified Hospitalists and two Advanced Practice Providers.
Requirements
Candidates must be an Internal Medicine Physician, preferably Board Certified, to join the existing group of seven Hospitalists and two Advanced Practice Providers. The role requires supporting inpatient services in an open ICU model with strong specialist consultation availability.
