Job Description
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Assistant Director of Nursing at the Bucks County Correctional Facility in Doylestown, PA. Salaried position Dayshift.
Manages and evaluates nursing care delivery in accordance with PCM policies and procedures. Ensures that nursing practice complies with established nursing standards.
Acts as liaison between nursing staff, PCM administration and facility administration.

Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a nurse in the state in which the facility is located.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Decision making ability required.
- Ability to communicate effectively required.
- Leadership / management ability required.
- Ability to function independently required.
- Demonstrate clinical competency.
