Key Responsibilities
Provide medical care to hospice patients and determine hospice eligibility. Participate in the care of the hospice patient as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Must be a licensed nurse practitioner with demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification.
