Key Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct home visits to assess, evaluate, and provide rehabilitative speech therapy services to pediatric and geriatric patients. They are responsible for developing and implementing individualized plans of care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree and a current New York State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is required, along with experience in institutional and home care settings.
