Job Description

Blair Health is a clinical infrastructure company closing the specialist gap in women's health. Today, a woman with perimenopause, pelvic health or weight concerns can see three primary care providers and a specialist and still leave without an answer. Blair changes that.

Our protocol-driven model gives generalist clinicians the tools, protocols and clinical support to deliver specialist-grade care. Patients get answers in fewer visits, and clinicians practise confidently at the top of their scope.

We care for patients across Canada and are expanding across the United States, working with employers and leading benefits brokers. Our clinical team is led by our Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer, an OB/GYN.

The Role

We are hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner, licensed in multiple US states, to care for employer and individual patients as we grow across the country. You will be one of the first members of our US clinical team and will help shape how Blair delivers care in each new state.

  • Location: Remote, United States
  • Type: Full-time, employee
  • Reports to: Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer

Licensure: Active NP licenses in multiple US states, with priority for Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Nebraska and Louisiana

What You'll Do

  • Deliver specialist-grade care across our three service lines:
  • Perimenopause and menopause: evidence-based midlife care, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT)

Urology and pelvic health: incontinence, recurrent UTI, genitourinary syndrome of menopause and related concerns that are often under-treated in primary care

Nutrition and weight management: medically supervised weight and metabolic care, connected to the rest of each patient's health

Practise with Blair's clinical infrastructure. Use our guided assessments, evidence-based protocols and decision support at the point of care.

Care for patients across states. See patients in each state where you are licensed, and grow your licensure as we expand.

Support our employer clients. Help deliver clinician-led education sessions for the organizations we serve.

Improve how we deliver care. Work with our medical team to refine protocols, pathways and outcomes, and share feedback that makes our tools better for every clinician.

Blair Health is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.

Must Have

  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, WHNP or AGNP) with an active, unrestricted APRN license in at least two US states
  • Priority for licensure in Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Nebraska or Louisiana
  • Prescriptive authority in your licensed states, including DEA registration (Blair supports collaborative or supervising physician agreements where a state requires one)
  • 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong interest or experience in women's health
  • Comfort delivering care through technology and video visits

Nice to Have

  • Experience with menopause care and MHT, pelvic health or weight management, including GLP-1 therapies
  • Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) or working toward it
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as Blair expands, with fees covered by Blair
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
  • Salary: $115,000 to $140,000 USD per year, depending on experience and licensure
  • Licensure support: Blair covers fees and time for additional state licenses
  • Training: structured onboarding and ongoing training in menopause care, pelvic health and weight management, with mentorship from our medical leadership
  • Benefits: a monthly health stipend, plus malpractice coverage
  • Schedule: a full-time, remote role with predictable clinic hours
  • Mission: the chance to help build Blair's US clinical team from the ground up
