Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist facilitates and approves medically necessary reviews by evaluating clinical information and applying established criteria. They also conduct clinical assessments, provide recommendations for care planning, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure appropriate utilization.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and possess at least one year of experience in utilization management or review. A valid North Carolina Physical Therapy license and a valid driver's license are required, along with residency in North Carolina.
