Requirements

• Education: Doctorate Program Experience: Preferably two or more years’ experience within a psychiatric setting.

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in working with in an inpatient setting is preferred.

• Licensure: Licensed to practice in the State of Utah as a Psychiatrist.
