BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking a collaborative, engaged, and visionary veterinary leader to serve as a Market Medical Director for our emergency and specialty teams in Avondale, Peoria and Scottsdale, AZ. This is a unique 50% administrative and 50% clinical leadership opportunity, allowing you to continue practicing medicine while dedicating meaningful time to mentoring clinicians, driving hospital strategy, and shaping a thriving team culture.
In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with hospital administration to foster a strong sense of community, support an engaging team environment, and champion our unwavering commitment to outstanding medical quality.

Your Core Responsibilities
Elevate Medical Standards: Uphold and champion clinical standards in patient care, safety, and client/referral veterinarian satisfaction.
Foster a Learning Culture: Support an engaging, clinician-driven culture focused on mentorship, rotating internships, and our EmERge™ Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship program.
Drive Recruitment & Retention: Lead talent acquisition, engagement, and professional development efforts for top-tier clinicians.
Strengthen Referral Partnerships: Build local veterinary relationships through personal visits, presenting continuing education (CE) programs, and collaborative case discussions.
