Join Gentiva Hospice as a Hospice Nurse Practitioner – No Nights, No Weekends in Greeneville, Tennessee, United States. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with serious illnesses. Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by performing clinical assessments, symptom management, and hospice eligibility visits. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians to coordinate care plans and support patients and families through end-of-life transitions.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher and possess a current Nurse Practitioner license and national certification. A minimum of two years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related clinical field is preferred.
