Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide compassionate medical care, symptom management, and patient assessments within a hospice setting. They will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and ensure care aligns with patient goals and values.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and a current nursing license, along with at least one year of experience in hospice or palliative care. A valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation are required for travel to patient homes.
