Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized wound care treatment across outpatient, inpatient, and post-acute settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans and educate patients on wound management.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license and have at least one year of wound care experience. Proficiency with EHR systems and the ability to pass background checks are required.
