Join UnitedHealth Group as a NP House Calls – No Call, No Weekends, $10K Sign-On in Athens, Georgia, United States. $10,000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates and eligible internal candidates In this role, you will have the ability to achieve work life balance. Flexible scheduling is offered where providers can flex their time between 8am-8pm over the 7-day work week.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members, including physical exams and medication reconciliation. Collaborate with primary care providers to address care gaps and educate patients on disease processes and health management.
Requirements
Requires an active ANCC or AANP certification as a Nurse Practitioner and an unrestricted state licensure. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to perform field-based home visits.
