Behavioral Health Safety Coach Fairfax Hospital Medical Campus is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Safety Coach to join the team. This role will be full-time night shift (3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 pm to 7:00 am).

The Behavioral Health Safety Coach facilitates safety event debriefs and provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They also educate and mentor clinical staff on safety protocols and participate in workplace violence committees.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant clinical work experience. A Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required upon start.
