Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist will perform home visits to evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized intervention plans to improve independent living. Requirements
Candidates must hold a current VA Occupational Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program is required, and prior home care experience is preferred.
