Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating resident needs and establishing effective treatment plans to ensure the highest level of care. They must also manage clinical documentation, maintain accurate billing records, and collaborate with nursing staff to achieve strong patient outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current, active state license. Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and familiarity with healthcare regulatory guidelines are preferred.
