Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, patient education, and drug-related problem resolution. They will also collaborate with healthcare providers and support clinical programs to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with relevant experience, along with a valid pharmacist license in Texas and their state of residence. Residency, fellowship, or board certifications such as BCPS or CGP are highly desired.
